I contribute with expertise in projects (national and EU funded) on using IMAPS (Interoperability Maturity Assessment of a Public Service) tool.

Athanasios Deligiannis is a political scientist and information technologist, currently a researcher at the International Hellenic University working on the nexus of open government, open innovation and open public services.

I am working on machine learning and semantic web oriented to language acquisition aiming to provide both the academic community and the business world with valuable insights.

Ioannis has worked in various machine learning projects related to fake news detection from text, knowledge graph construction from textual data, predicting missing links in citation networks

I have experience in Natural Language Processing and Text Analytics. Moreover, my research experience includes Linked Data and Ontology Engineering. Part of my research interests is Semantic Web and Graph Mining.

I have managed teams to bring measured optimization and develop techniques to achieve goals in a deterministic and data-driven way. I have supported many organizations in their digital transformation.

Following his research interests in combining state-of-the-art technologies within the context of the digital transformation of enterprises and public organizations, he is interested in advancing his education to the Ph.D. level.

I have a computer science background, but my research interests extend to serious games, education, data analytics and artificial intelligence. I am looking forward to further deepening my knowledge and understanding in these fields and advancing my education level to a Ph.D.
