Expertise France

This project is undertaken to standardize process descriptions in the Greek Public Sector according to Core Public Service Vocabulary Application Profile (CPSV-AP). This EU standard facilitates semantic coherence among processes (i.e. services) offered within the EU for EU major stakeholders like citizens, Public Administrations/Agencies, Businesses/companies, etc.

Furthermore, this project aims to develop a standard way of graphically representing significant stakeholders (i.e. Public Agencies –Pas, citizens) in these processes. For this reason, the latest version of the most commonly used and widely accepted specification in describing and graphically representing business processes is to be used. That is, we shall utilize Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) specification.
