Alexios Michailidis is a Greek-national graduate student of the Economic Science School of the University of Macedonia. His internship was in the sector of Management Consulting at ICAP GROUP SA while he continued his career by working for a well-established group of companies engaged with the tourism and yachting industry. Meanwhile, he started his postgraduate education with a Master’s in Business Administration at the University of West Attica, from which he graduated with distinction. His thesis on the impact of daily cruise companies’ digital presence on customer booking intention was awarded as the Highly Commended Student Presentation at the 14th Annual Conference of the EuroMed Academy for business. Currently, he is a post-graduate student in Data Science at the International Hellenic University conducting research on “Extracting Structure information from Greek Legislation” for his thesis. Following his research interests in combining state-of-the-art technologies within the context of the digital transformation of enterprises and public organizations, he is interested in advancing his education to the Ph.D. level.
